Marcia Griffiths, Ph.D. Founder. Change Agent. Entrepreneur. Dr. Marcia embodies each of these Headlines with passion, commitment, and purpose. She has been leading change in Education and Business for over 20 years, teaching at every level of school from Preschool to graduate school and consulting with companies around the world.
Dr. Griffiths founded GPAC to help move education forward by assisting companies to use Data to tell their stories. Initially launched to the task and motivate teachers to work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to classroom problems, GPAC has evolved into a conglomerate that supports educational institutions, governmental entities, IT firms and Educational Leaders around the world.
Her work in over 20,000 classrooms across countries has led to gains in more than 1 million student achievements. And educational organizations are finding new ways to explore the intellect of their employees, successfully addressing a $79 billion education problem.
Marcia earned a BS in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in education with Special Education endorsements, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership. She has published several articles and books and has served on over 20 panels including educational governance, school finance, and charter leadership. Dr. Marcia is widely recognized as one of the most influential voices on social media today, consistently ranking in the top 1%.

Dely holds a MA in Guidance & Counseling. Experiences include; Field Reviewer- for the U.S. Department of Education. Review and evaluate grant applications; serve on panels to discuss final evaluations. Trainer/Consultant-Nationwide (USA)- Conduct training on grant writing and grant compliance; skill-building training and consulting in areas that include career transitions, customer services, project management, case management, mediation and communication, cultural competency, and conflict resolution. Faculty- Multicultural Education, MIT Program, WAAmerican Ethnic Studies: Asian Americans, College Survival Skills.
Chad E. Kee, PhD.
Dr. Chad holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy Studies, and Higher Education Administration. Experiences include Senior Researcher, Business Management Consultant, Project Director, State Coordinator for Career and Technical Education Programs, Coordinator for Multicultural Affairs, Program Director for Multicultural Student Life and Coordinator of Parent Programs, Grant Evaluator and Graduate Professor.
Siah A. Prince, BA
Howard University graduate responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, and Work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development, craft site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns.
Vivian Palmer, MA
Ms. Palmer holds a MA in Educational Technology. Ms. Palmer's experiences include Executive Director of Accountability, Assessment, and Technology aligning accountability and technological systems to meet regulatory guidelines at both state and federal levels. In addition, she monitored the district’s data systems infrastructure and offered guidance to better connect staff, administrators, and students with the data and information required for a comprehensive education.
